Sega Genesis Model 1 Stereo AV Cable Review

I recently got my Model 1 Sega Genesis back from my sister. The RF adapter that originally came with it isn’t cutting it anymore in terms of video and audio quality, so let’s take a look at a unique AV cable I picked up.
